Horseley
Farm is a family owned farm in South East Scotland.
We have run the same unit for over fifty years. Over that
period there have been many interesting changes in the way
the farm operates although our products have remained essentially
the same. I decided to set up this site to offer a hub for
farmers looking for items of interest on the internet and
I also thought it would be useful if there was something here
for those who do not come from the countryside.
There is a large set of useful links for farmers, including
those to a large number of machinery dealers and there are
also evaluations of a number of machines of which we have
experience, right from combine harvesters to mowers.
For people not involved in farming but simply interested
in how a farm operates and what happens throughout the year,
there is a large section under the non-farmers heading giving
lots of details of what we do right through the farming year,
all with links to a large number of interesting photographs.
